MRJ1 - recognises the achievement of global population stability (10.3bn could be 9.6bn).
MRJ2 - recognises the achievement of global medical experetise and disaster reflief.
MRJ3 - recognises the efforts to provide communications, electric power and water to all populations.
MRJ4 - the main axes of GPCJ is to augment access for the G77 plus, to the global $2quadrillion swap market and financial liquidity pool.Â
To replace unstable practices of offshore funding without currency hedges.
